Preity Zinta is not only one of the most sought and eligible single lady in the tinsel town but also one with the heaviest pocket. Although her team, Kings XI Punjab, did not fare very well in the tournaments, her stake in her cricket team alone is valued at around Rs 350 to Rs 400 crores. This adds to the fact that the bubbly actress is also in all probability going to inherit the property of Shandar Amrohi, who is one of the co-owners of Kamalistan Studios (worth Rs 600 crores) that originally belonged to Meena Kumari and Kamal Amrohi.
Preity was considered to be his adopted daughter by Shandar and since the dispute over this plush property remains unresolved, it is leading towards an out-of-court settlement.
The buzz doing rounds these days is that Preity will acquire Kamalistan Studios and will then sell some part of her IPL stake and redevelop the Kamalistan property alongwith a high-profile builder from Pune. So, we have the actress literally floating over money these days!!
